Shower room with walk-in shower plus wash basin

Gents toilet also has a window and both ends have skylights.

Includes: 12L/min gas heater and all plumbing and electrics.

There is an area of rust at the base by shower room door, as pictured, but can be welded. Exterior can be clad in wood to enhance the look.
