Description

The Valentine V2200 is a professional twin-tank electric fryer designed for commercial kitchens where high output and space efficiency are priorities.

The fryer features two independent tanks (approx 7–8 litres each) allowing you to easily cook different foods separately, and is capable of producing 38–46kg of chips per hour.

The fryer also includes drain taps and containers beneath for easy draining and comes complete with 2 heavy duty frying baskets.

Please note: This fryer does not come with the required parts for the oil filtration system but can still be emptied and refilled manually.
