Jets Vacuumarator pump 15MB Lfexi plus 230v

Jets™ Vacuum Unit is designed as a complete solution for vacuum evacuation of wastewater in a sanitary system.

vacuum toilets use air not water as the transport agent of toilet waste but a small amount of water is used to keep it clean. As little as 0.5 litres of water per flush compared to 6 litres for a traditional toilet provides a water reduction of approximately 90%. This low water consumption provides a reduced quantity of waste - up to 80% less compared to a traditional toilet. The energy consumption is also extremely low at approximately 4 kwh per person/year.

Constant vacuum system (CVS) is a very good solution for cottage areas with holiday homes, villas and in other contexts with the need for drainage systems for up to 15 toilets, and the need for long pipe sections. With System Flexi Plus there is also the possibility to place the pipes in the ceiling level, eg to save space. If there is a need for even larger plants, we can also supply systems for this.

Flexi Plus has function according to the CVS principle: Constant Vacuum System, which means that the pipe system is kept under vacuum all the time and not just when you press the flush button.

Since the drainage system is relatively large and dimensioned for many, a larger vacuum pump is also required. We recommend a pump with a voltage capacity of 230V. Of course, it is also possible to read the number of flushes and operating hours on this upgraded pump.

The system is dimensioned for more toilets and thus also for larger pipe spacing / pipe volume. There should be a total pipe length between toilet and pump of 20 meters. Between the pump and the tank it can be up to 100 meters of pipe length.
Electronic control is possible, including functions for monitoring, alarms and counters for the number of flushes

Flexible positioning of the system: you choose for yourself if it fits best with the Vacuumarator ™ pump located behind the toilet, next to or perhaps on another floor.

You can pump the waste up to 5 meters upwards between pump to tank, which is practical for example when placing toilet and pump on different floors. The vacuum pipes between the toilet and the pump can be placed in the ceiling level.
The system blocks flushing at full tank (However, requires a level guard as an accessory in the tank)
The Vacuumarator pump (with a capacity of 15MB) must always be on par with or lower than the lowest toilet's location in the system.
The sewer system is possible to combine with all our different models of toilets that are available for both floor or wall mounting.
